WW II, Early in the war.
HMS Exeter, Achilles and Ajax must find German pocket battleship Graf Spee before it can sink more British merchant ships and immobilize British supply lines.
Graf Spee is driven in to the harbor at Motevideo Uruguay. Becuase Uruguay was a neutral country during WW II the rules of war required the Graff Spee to be interned in the harbor until the end of the war.
